Shibuya Hotel En (Adults Only) Tokyo

This hotel is conveniently located near the bustling center of Shibuya, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The staff here are really helpful and always offer a friendly service. The rooms are well-equipped, with good wardrobe space and basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of options including my personal favorite, the raisin bread.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The front desk staff at Shibuya Hotel En were incredibly helpful and efficient. When I accidentally left my wallet in the hotel safe, they promptly shipped it back to me in Singapore without any issues. Special mention to Sawaya from the front desk for her exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for their amazing staff and great accommodation.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast pastries and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - it was right near the shopping streets and just a short walk away from the Shibuya rail station.

Nothing not to love

We chose this hotel for its great location, as it is close to Shibuya centre and the Shibuya train station. We were able to easily navigate to the hotel with our luggage and found it very convenient to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a superb bathroom that left us feeling refreshed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. We even enjoyed a continental breakfast during our stay. the hotel provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

The only downside was that the bathroom doors had glass, which caused a minor accident for one guest.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to everything in Shibuya. It was right across from the museum, making it convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were compact, but well-designed and comfortable, with a good use of space. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although small, was a nice addition to start the day.

The bed in the room was a bit small for two people, a bigger bed would have been more comfortable.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. the rooms were well, maintained and the amenities provided were top, notch. the location was also a major plus, with easy access to key attractions in the area. I especially enjoyed the fact that there were nearby convenience stores for any last, minute needs.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the check, in process could have been smoother, as there seemed to be a miscommunication regarding an early check, in request.

We loved the central location right across from the museum. The morning service offered a nice selection of rolls, perfect for a quick breakfast. The rooms were surprisingly quiet considering the bustling area, and they were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Shibuya, surrounded by bars and near one of Tokyo's main train lines. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds, good wardrobe space, and nice facilities. The breakfast offered includes delicious raisin bread, which was my favorite.

Nothing could have been better.

Great value for money with a unique and modern design. the Toto bathroom was amazing with its motion detection features and comfortable bed. the location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of food options and nightlife, and it was convenient for exploring the area.

The noise from outside and within the hotel was quite noticeable, with doors slamming and noise from the floor above. the front door was heavy and inconvenient to open.
